Frequently Asked Questions

Is Triad a good fit for me?

Finding the right fit for therapy is integral to making significant and long lasting changes. We currently provide therapy for adults (ages 18 and older) in Massachusetts who are looking for an evidence based, personally tailored, and online therapy experience.

What should I expect in therapy?

We will start with a comprehensive intake, during which we will ask you about why you are seeking treatment and information about your background. Then you and your therapist will set goals for therapy. After that, therapy begins! As you move through the process of therapy, your therapist will check in on your progress and make sure you are moving toward your goals.

How do I pay for therapy?

We currently only accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and it’s affiliates (i.e., BlueCard). You can pay for therapy through credit card, debit card or check. For self-pay clients, we will provide a good faith estimate before providing services.

How do I know therapy is helping me?

You should feel like you are making progress. This may be based on how you feel, how your relationships are functioning, or how you are doing at work or school. We will also ask you to periodically complete evidence-based measures to track your symptom progress over time.

What if I need a higher level of care?

We will be with you every step of the way if you need a higher level of care. We will provide referrals, complete paperwork, and welcome you back into our care when you are ready again for outpatient therapy.

Do you offer a waitlist?

Yes we do. The Triad waitlist is currently 3-4 months.
