Dr. Brooks Stephens (she/her) is a dedicated and compassionate clinical psychologist who has nearly a decade of clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. Dr. Brooks Stephens specializes in providing culturally-responsive and trauma-informed care for adolescents and adults who are experiencing concerns related to mood, anxiety, eating, trauma-related disorders, suicidality, substance use disorders, racial trauma, and racial identity/other cultural concerns. She helps to support and empower clients to redefine their sense of purpose, motivation, or meaning in life, improve their ability to manage daily responsibilities, regulate emotions more effectively, cope with significant life transitions, and enhance overall functioning. Dr. Brooks Stephens trained at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital, the University of Houston, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
