Licensed Psychologist and Co-Founder

I am a Black, queer, neurodivergent Clinical Psychologist. I’ve been working with clients for over a decade. I see individuals and couples. We might be a good fit if you are experiencing the effects of trauma, anxiety, emotional sensitivity, or relationship problems.

I enjoy working with clients of Color with intersectional identities, whether that be queerness, gender nonconformance, and/or neurodivergence. I use a culturally responsive approach, meaning that I take into account how your culture shapes your mental health experience. All cultures have different norms, traditions, and beliefs. I am here to respect your worldview and help you live in line with your values.

In individual therapy, we start with a thorough intake appointment, where I learn more about your background and why you are seeking therapy. Then, we collaboratively develop specific treatment goals that we work toward through the rest of therapy. The individuals I see are often navigating high-pressure environments where their identity(ies) are not valued. My clients may be battling perfectionism and a feeling that they are “not good enough.” The couples I work with are most often queer and navigating polyamory. Together, we find ways you can question negative beliefs, manage difficult emotions, and communicate confidently.

I use science-backed methods like cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy to support you in accepting what you can’t change, and changing what you can. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based treatment for PTSD, for both individuals and couples. I am also currently offering group CPT.

To get to where I am today, I trained at Harvard University, Boston University, the VA Healthcare System, and Washington University in St. Louis. My experiences have given me insight into the experience of being a human with intersectional identities in academia and other highly stressful workplaces.

I currently have a waitlist. I will start services with new clients in May 2026.

I am licensed in MA and RI.
